Jaime López Rosal
Founder of Stillmere Partners and Atrio
I build companies and run them with AI in the back office and people approving the work. Now I'm bringing that to the businesses software can't reach.
Now
I'm building Stillmere Partners, a group of community association management firms in the United States, starting in South Florida. We work with owners who are planning their retirement, keep the teams and the trust they have built with their boards, and hold the firms for the long term.
Atrio is the group's back office: AI that prepares meeting packages, minutes, letters and replies to residents, so managers approve the work instead of typing it and spend their time with their boards.
Why
San Francisco is building the most powerful productivity tools in history, and the businesses that keep our lives running will be among the last to get them. Software struggles to sell into these businesses: half the work is human, and switching provider feels riskier than whatever they pay today. I think the technology has to come in from the inside, by owning the business and keeping the people who know the clients.
Before
I've been building companies from scratch for eight years. In 2022 I founded Noctorial, a bootstrapped company that trains and evaluates traders. It has collected over $12M since 2023 and served 12,000 traders, and today AI agents handle a good part of its back office.
As a teenager I raced track bikes, and in 2011 I won the Spanish national championship in the cadet category, in the scratch race and the team sprint.

I speak English and Spanish.
